    Season 8 finalist Anoop Desai celebrates his 24th birthday today! The North Carolina native had a successful run on American Idol, where the Wild Card round made him the first-ever 13th finalist. The college grad ended up making it all the way to sixth place.     Season 3's top placing guy, George Huff, is celebrating his 30th birthday today. He made it to the Top 12 as Simon Cowell's wild card pick, and found success singing tunes that showed off his smooth voice. Throughout the competition, George had a constant smile on his face. As part of American Idols first season, RJ was one of five people given a second chance to receive a spot in the finals via the wild card, and with his performance of Stevie Wonders Lately, RJ moved on to the Top 10.
