The 52nd Annual Grammy Awards were announced last night on primetime television as part of The Grammy Nominations Concert Live! Countdown To Music's Biggest Night." Four American Idol alumni were nominated for five awards! The Grammy Award show will air live on January 31, 2010. The eligibility time period for the 52nd Grammy Awards is for music released from Oct. 1, 2008 through Aug. 31, 2009.
