Carrie Underwood Ties the Knot!
On Saturday, July 10, 2010, American Idol Carrie Underwood married hockey player Mike Fisher. The two announced their engagement in December, and they became husband and wife at the Ritz Carlton Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro, Georgia in front of 250 loved ones.
The American Idol judges from Carrie's season (Season 4) - Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, and Randy Jackson - attended the wedding, as well as some other American Idol contestants and famous country music stars.

Scott MacIntyre’s First Post-Idol Album
A year after inspiring audiences worldwide as a finalist on the eighth season of American Idol, Scott MacIntyre will release his first post-Idol CD, Heartstrings, on March 11. The album will be available on iTunes and at his website, www.scottmacintyre.com.
