The Top 3 Song List
As the three Idol finalists traveled to their hometowns to celebrate their Top 3 status, each finalist got a text with the song that was selected for them by the judges. Before they sang the song chosen for them, Casey James, Crystal Bowersox, and Lee DeWyze got to perform a song of their choice.

Top 10 Guys Song Choice List
Ten guys returned to the stage to perform live for Americas votes. Despite a last minute switch which caused the boys to perform a day early, all ten came prepared with their songs. Some of the guys sang songs from recent years, and others went way back and made old songs new again.
