Season 8s American Idol, Kris Allen, charted at #1 for the third time. His debut single, Live Like Were Dying, landed at #1 on Billboards Adult Top 40 Recurrents chart. In April, Kris Allen made his debut at #1 on the Billboard charts when Live Like Were Dying topped the Christian Digital Songs and Christian/Gospel Digital Songs charts.

“We Are The World 25 For Haiti” Premieres Tonight
During tonights Opening Ceremonies of the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, the video for We Are The World 25 For Haiti will premiere for all of the world to see. The footage features many of todays most influential artists including American Idol finalists Jordin Sparks, Jennifer Hudson, Katharine McPhee, and judge Randy Jackson. American Idol Carrie Underwood took home her 5th Grammy last night at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards. She earned the trophy for Best Country Collaboration with Vocals for I Told You So featuring Randy Travis. In addition to taking home a coveted award, Carrie performed Earth Song with Jennifer Hudson, Usher, Celine Dion, and Smokey Robinson as a tribute to Michael Jackson at last nights award show.
