Season 8 runner-up Adam Lambert celebrated his golden birthday this weekend-he turned 29 on the 29th! In honor of his big day, he teamed up with Charity: Water. Fans were encouraged to donate to the charity to provide people in developing nations with clean drinking water. When the campaign surpassed Adam's original goal of $29,000 the bar was raised to $290,000. So far, fans have raised $261,394, serving 13,069 people, in honor of the American Idol star!
