Fantasia’s New Number One
Season 3's American Idol, Fantasia Barrino, is featured on a new single by Charlie Wilson. The song is called "I Wanna Be Your Man" and it topped the Bubbling Under Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Billboard chart. The American Idols have now accumulated 286 #1s to date, counting all national, domestic charts compiled by the Billboard Information Group.

Millions tuned in for the Season 9 finale and they liked what they heard. Soon after Lee DeWyze was crowned the American Idol, his version of U2s Beautiful Day went to #1 on the Billboard Rock Digital Chart. This is the new champs first Billboard #1.
Season 4s American Idol, Carrie Underwood, performed her latest single, Undo It, on the May 26th finale. The song, which is co-written by Idol judge Kara DioGuardi, took the #1 spot on Billboards Country Digital Chart.

Carrie Underwood Achieves 12 #1 Singles
Season 4 American Idol Carrie Underwoods latest single, Temporary Home, is now her 12th #1 single of her career. Its also the second chart-topper from Carries Platinum-certified album, Play On. The track made it to the top of Billboards Hot Country Songs chart in just 18 weeks, which is faster than any other single this year.
