In celebration of the series momentous 10th anniversary and in an effort to give tens of thousands of hopefuls the opportunity to audition, American Idol will host auditions in Los Angeles beginning Wednesday, Sept. 22.

Season 3 finalist Camile Velasco made it on American Idol after a successful audition in Hawaii. While on the show, Camile wore a red, yellow, and green wristband to represent reggae music, as Lauryn Hill and Bob Marley were her music inspirations.
Last year, Camile released a single called "Guava Jelly," which was produced by Stephen Marley. In January, she released a new single called Superstar in Japan. Camile often covers pop songs and uploads the videos for her fans on the web.
