Happy Birthday, Vonzell Solomon!
Season 4's second runner-up, Vonzell Solomon, celebrates her birthday today. The former U.S. Postal Service letter carrier, known as Baby V to her fans, has come along way since her days delivering mail in a rural Florida town.
Early this year Vonzell, who is the CEO of her own independent record label, Melodic Records released her new EP early this year titled True Story. The eight-track EP is available on iTunes.

Shannon Magrane was eliminated tonight on American Idol after she received the fewest votes among the finalists. On Wednesday's dramatic performance show, in which contestants sang songs from the year they were born, it was revealed that Jermaine Jones was disqualified.
