Two Season 9 stars share a birthday: Casey James and Michael Lynche! Yesterday, Casey turned 28 years old and Michael turned 27. The two men are the oldest of the Season 9 finalists, and they made it to third and fourth place. Time after time, the judges complimented Casey James on his outstanding guitar playing and on his honest vocals. Michael will always be remembered for the birth of his daughter while he was at Hollywood auditions, and for being saved during the Top 9 Lennon-McCartney Songbook results show. After the judges used the save on Big Mike, he lasted for another five weeks in the competition! Watch the dramatic moment when Michael was saved by the judges.
